Dr. Guantao Chen appointed as Regents’ Professor for three additional years

The Board of Regents has approved Dr. Guantao Chen’s reappointment as Regents’ Professor for three additional years. Regents’ Professorships are bestowed on the most distinguished faculty of Georgia State University, whose scholarly achievements are recognized both nationally and internationally as innovative and renowned. The reappointment recognizes Dr. Chen’s continuing scholarly achievements, in particular, for the impact of his research in graph theory. He has also continued to make outstanding contributions to the university in the areas of instruction and service disciplines.
